Health, assistance, travel disruption, baggage and legal protection: insurance for overseas assignments, subject to the policy. One space to prepare trips, meet your Duty of Care and keep evidence of the measures taken. From €990 per year per employee, unlimited trips, company space included.
Downloaded in one click, for every audit.
Health and 24/7 assistance, cancellation and interruption, baggage and equipment, mission continuity, legal protection, private liability and serious accidents: benefits depend on the pack and policy.
Assistance arranges covered services after approval, including care and repatriation. Crisis and security options remain subject to eligibility.
See cover and limits →You or HR register trips. The space sends instructions, shows outstanding tasks and gathers dated decisions and documents.
See what remains to be done to protect employees. In an accident, inspection or dispute, your file of proof shows the recorded measures, who took them and when. It supports your actions without by itself certifying compliance.
See how it works →You or your HR team register each trip, then handle the listed actions. Maximum prepares documents, sends instructions to the employee and keeps dated records. You can see what remains to be done and find your supporting records if a problem occurs. The five steps below are the same in your space: “You” shows your action, “Maximum” what the software handles.
Obligations : Cover care and repatriation (2) · Assess the risks — before, and during (1) — Duty of Care factsheet
Named employees: each gets their certificate (visa format, Schengen included), card and area. Unnamed pack: a headcount, one collective certificate; you name whoever you want later, at no extra cost. Card, or bank transfer from €9,990 — the space then opens on receipt. Cover stops the day the employee leaves the company (art. 35.1): report the departure in the space, it is dated. The unnamed pack →
The prepared assessment covers travel abroad: review it, complete it and add it to your risk register. You can grant access to HR and a deputy. Each signs in through an e-mail link, with no password.
Before each departure
Obligations : Assess the risks — before, and during (1) · Inform before departure (3) · Settle the departure paperwork (4) — Duty of Care factsheet
Each company has its voyages+ address: the agency forwards the confirmation there, the trip awaits you, pre-filled. Nothing enters the register without you: your confirmation, in one click, is your go-ahead, dated in your name.
Your checklist shows what applies to this trip. Maximum pre-fills the mission statement when applicable; you complete and hand it over. For a social security certificate (A1 or another), apply to the listed authority and upload the issued document in the same checklist. Maximum does not issue this certificate.
Urssaf guidance (France) · ALPS (Switzerland)
Once you authorise departure, they receive a link to their mission page, gathering their useful information.
Your instructions, what to do, the 24/7 number and complete country guide, including its PDF for the selected destination. They can write to you and acknowledge reading. Messages do not replace an emergency call.
Their name, reference, QR to show at the hospital and hospitalisation instructions on the back.
If insured in their own name: a certificate for the trip dates, in visa / Schengen format, subject to cover. With a pack, the certificate is collective.
On site
Obligation : Assess the risks — before, and during (1) — Duty of Care factsheet
Maximum does not monitor countries: you follow the situation yourself. Each trip's country page is one click away; the insurer's security portal remains your reference. If the situation changes, decide — maintain, adapt, repatriate — and record it on the trip (“Change the decision”): it is dated. The employee can write to you from their mission page; in danger, they first call the 24/7 line or local emergency services. Answer in the space: your message is sent by e-mail and kept with its date.
If an accident occurs
Obligation : Report the work accident (5) — Duty of Care factsheet
Two separate tasks: the insurance claim and the work-accident report. The employee insured in their own name files their claim with the insurer from their area — their reimbursement, their documents, within 30 days; you see neither its content nor its documents. If insured in their name and they report an accident during a registered trip, the incident opens on your side (their name, the date): what is left is to report the work accident. An illness is never flagged to you. For the unnamed pack, you file with them.
See the claim form — the real screen, nothing is sent →
Obligations : all five — dated proof of each — Duty of Care factsheet
The file of proof helps demonstrate how you met your Duty of Care: risks reviewed, employees informed, decisions made, tasks and supporting documents kept. Recorded elements carry their dates and authors. Insurance responds under the policy; the file documents the employer’s protective measures.
Downloadable in one click and readable without Maximum. It gathers recorded evidence; it does not by itself guarantee legal compliance.

The Maximum Company factsheet covers all of this in two pages — it is the document we send, and the one you find in your workspace from the day you sign.

Two spaces. The employer's, which decides and keeps the proof. The employee's, which knows what to do.
Employer
Computed from your records: trips to decide, unread briefings, A1, statements, alerts, reports. Each line leads to the useful action.
From the register, no geolocation. Each marker says whether the person is covered.
Your agency forwards the booking to the voyages+ address shown in your space. You review and confirm the trip; your decision is dated.
Add the trip to open its checklist. Review documents and tasks, then authorise departure: your decision is dated and the mission page is sent. A country under sanctions requires a written decision.
From each trip, the site's country page. You assess the risk and follow the situation yourself: there is no automatic country alert. Country rated 4 or 5 by the insurer's security portal: also register the trip there.
The employee writes to you from their mission page; the message reaches you by e-mail, your answer goes to them, dated. It is not an emergency line. If they tap the 24/7 number on their page, you are told, with no medical detail.
If the employee, insured in their own name, reports an accident to the insurer during a registered mission, the incident opens on your side: name and date, never a medical detail. The report is prepared, the deadline reminded once; you file it.
The space tells you, for each destination, whether there is a document to request, which one and where (Urssaf or MSA in France, AVS office in Switzerland); the continuation certificate stays optional. You request it, the space keeps it. From France, the statement for missions over four weeks is prepared as a pre-filled PDF: you check it, complete it and hand it over.
Directory, non-nominative pack, departures reported. Management, HR, manager, deputy: one access each, removable at any time.
The “travel abroad” risk assessment, prepared from the register and dated; the staff consultation note and the accident report, pre-filled. For you to review and complete.
Register, decisions, acknowledgements, alerts, log, documents: a dated ZIP, readable without Maximum, under your logo.

For every trip: your instructions, what to do, the 24/7 number, the country page, a button to write to you and, for someone insured in their own name, their certificate. One single e-mail as soon as you authorise the trip; if unread, “Remind” sends it again, once a day at most. Their “I have read” is dated, with the text fingerprint.
Named: card and mobile pass on the phone's home screen, certificate for the trip dates, 24/7, claim. Opened by e-mail, no password.
Insurer's official forms, pre-filled, signed on screen, within 30 days.
Certificate emailed immediately after payment.
FREQUENT TRAVELER
12-month cover, paid once a year.
Insurance protects against events specified in the policy: health and assistance, cancellation and interruption, baggage and equipment, mission continuity, legal protection, private liability and serious accidents. Benefits and options depend on the chosen pack.
The included space helps you meet and evidence your Duty of Care: prepare trips, inform employees, track tasks and keep dated decisions and supporting records.
VIP covers insured trips outside the country of residence, supplementing statutory schemes. Unlimited trips during the year, subject to the policy.
VIP Extreme raises cancellation cover to 20,000 and adds trip changes, cancellation or interruption for the crises specified by the policy, up to 5,000 per person. Crisis management, security and kidnap/ransom: contact us, subject to selected options and eligibility.
Unless specified otherwise, limits are in CHF, EUR or USD according to the policy currency. Sub-limits, aggregate limits and conditions apply; advances must be repaid.
For covered hospitalisation, assistance may arrange direct payment after approval. Paid expenses are reimbursed under the policy. Exclusions include unstable illnesses and mental disorders; war and sanctions provisions may restrict benefits.
Full benefits, conditions and exclusions are in the benefits table and general conditions on the Documents page.
Call the 24/7 number on their card or mission page before arranging care or transport themselves. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Chat does not replace assistance.
For a work accident, your company must also make the required employer report; the space guides you.
Choose the employee, a suggested destination and dates. Their checklist shows available documents and remaining tasks. Then authorise departure to send the mission page. You can delegate this to HR.
The trip record and complete country guide, targeted to the selected destination, are available in the checklist. A mission statement is pre-filled when needed; you complete it and hand it to the employee.
A1 or another social certificate must be requested from the listed authority, not Maximum. The link and upload button are in the same checklist. Check visas and permits with the authorities.
It is designed to help you meet your employer responsibilities and demonstrate the measures taken to protect employees. The file of proof gathers risk assessments, decisions, sent instructions, reading acknowledgements, replies and saved documents, with dates and authors.
After an accident, inspection or dispute, you can present the file without reconstructing it. You remain responsible for decisions and formalities: the file supports your actions, but does not by itself certify legal compliance.
VIP Pack: $990 per employee per year. VIP Extreme Pack: $2,290. Unlimited trips and the company space are included.
Choose named employees with personal certificates, or an unnamed pack from five places with a collective certificate. Pay by card or bank transfer from €9,990; for transfers, access opens when funds arrive.
