Do we have to give the employees' names?

No. You declare a number of covered employees: names are never requested. In case of a claim, you simply show that the person is an employee — payroll register, employment contract.

How much does the company pack cost?

990 EUR per employee per year for the Pack VIP, 2,290 EUR for the Pack VIP Extreme. The total follows the headcount you enter in the form, and the contract is paid once for 12 months.

Is there a minimum number of employees?

Yes, five. Below that, subscribing by name is the right route: each person receives a certificate in their own name, in the format visa applications require, which the pack's general certificate does not allow.

What happens when an employee joins or leaves?

Nothing to declare: you insure a headcount, not a list of people. Turnover, open roles and replacements require no contract update — which is what makes this route work for large teams.

When is the certificate issued?

The general certificate is emailed on payment, in the company's name. It is general, not nominative: that is the trade-off of a contract that asks for no names.

Do destinations have to be declared?

To subscribe, no: the pack is taken out on a headcount, not on a list of trips, and the form asks for no destination. Security cover, however, does require prior registration of trips to the countries the policy grades at its highest levels, and is refused otherwise — that is what the company workspace is for. Medical evacuation and repatriation are unlimited, worldwide. Cover applies outside the country of residence and is subsidiary to compulsory schemes; the exact territorial scope is set out in the general terms, available in your client area.

How long does the contract run?

A firm 12-month term from the start date you choose, paid in a single upfront payment. The form shows the first renewal date as soon as that date is entered.
