Three moments. You subscribe. You get care — a card in France, a call before hospital in Switzerland. Then it all stays in your area.
3 steps
1C'est pour vous ?›
You live in France. You work in Switzerland.
You live in France, you are on French social security, you work in Switzerland (employee or self-employed), you are 65 or under on 31 December. The other way round — living in Switzerland and working in France — is not this Pack.
2Vous choisissez›
Five France plans. The Switzerland option, if you also get care there.
No option: France mutual only. With option: Swiss hospital from level 2 (private room + Swiss hospital), doctor from 3 (outpatient too). You do not pay LAMal.
3Vous payez›
The premium is shown. Nothing to declare: you pay now.
Age and plan. Age 18–65, straightforward file: the button charges. Switzerland option with details: you hear within 24 h. Software is in the premium, not extra. Once paid, the card and certificate are in the area.
3 steps
1Le numéro›
One number, 24/7: +41 22 ••• •• ••.
It is on the card and in your area. Pharmacy in France: often no need to call. Hospital in Switzerland: you call before you go.
2En France›
You show the card. Often nothing to pay.
Pharmacy, scan, lab, hospital. The rest arrives on its own. If an invoice remains, you send it from the area.
3En Suisse, si vous avez coché l'option›
Hospital admissions call. The Pack pays.
You keep €500 at hospital, €300 at the doctor's. Accident or ER: €0. Without the option, this Pack does not pay Swiss care.
3 steps
1Dès le paiement›
A link by email. No password to remember.
The third-party payment card, the certificate in your name, statements, conditions. It is the same place for everything.
2La famille›
Spouse and children. Each has their card. 2nd child: −50%.
You add them in the area. It is not another policy to buy on the side.
3Les preuves›
For the Swiss employer, the fund, admissions.
In that person's name. You print it or you send it. It is there once the Pack is on.
Yes if you live in France, are on French social security, work in Switzerland, and — for the Switzerland option — have nothing to declare. Otherwise a 24 h quote.
Is this LAMal?
No. You stay on the French scheme. The Switzerland option pays from the first euro, without going through French social security.
I live in Switzerland, I work in France?
No. This Pack is for the France resident who works in Switzerland — not the other way round.
